GETS INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT- 3^RD EDITION

The GETS International Football Tournament with the title “Girls Empowerment Through Soccer” is an event organized by the Fountain Gate Academy, with the technical support of the Fountain Gate Sports Academy and the participating teams.

The tournament for the third edition will bring together Young Ladies into football from different East, West and Central African, Asian, European and American Football Clubs and sports stakeholders, business people, football fans and individuals from different communities to participate in this football disciplines. The whole essence is to empower girls in football, promote the integration, and bringing girls in football together, so that we can identify, groom, and develop the gifted talents of our young women in football as well as to bring the high standard of values, energy and professionalism to women football industry in the world.

The tournament will be held at Fountain Gate Arena-Dodoma, Tanzania from 14th to 25th June, 2023. The Fountain Gate Sports Academy warmly welcomes your team to participate in the third edition.

Note Tips:

• Fountain Gate Academy will provide a free hostel based accommodation and. Three meals a day (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• If the team prefers to be accommodated outside the school on their own expenses, the Coordination Committee can help to make hotel accommodation reservations on the team’s request as per team’s budget.
•  Each team shall bear the expenses of transport to and from Dodoma.
• Each team player needs to have a Travel and Health Insurance.
• Tournament participation fee is USD 2,000 per team.
